What Road2Job AI does

We're a recruitment platform. Students upload a resume and get matched to job openings by AI; strong matches may receive an AI phone call to check interest and fit; companies review candidates who pass that screening. Colleges can track placement activity for their students.

Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (your resume, job postings, contact details) and for keeping your password secure. Don't create an account with false information or on behalf of a business you don't represent.

The AI screening call

If you're a student, by providing your phone number and staying matched to a role, you're agreeing to receive an AI-placed screening call about that role, which may be recorded for quality and screening purposes. You can stop this at any time by pausing your profile in Settings.

Acceptable use

Don't use Road2Job AI to post fake job listings, harass candidates or companies, upload someone else's resume as your own, or attempt to access data you're not authorized to see. Companies may only use candidate contact information they've received through the platform for genuine recruitment related to the role that candidate was screened for.

Company plans and calling

Companies are assigned a plan that includes a monthly allowance of AI screening calls, as described on our Pricing page. We may pause further calls once a plan's allowance is reached until it renews or is upgraded.

No guarantee of outcomes

We use AI to match, screen, and score candidates, and while we aim for this to be accurate and fair, we don't guarantee any particular match score, screening outcome, hiring decision, or placement. Final hiring decisions are always made by the company, not by Road2Job AI.

Changes to the platform or these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Road2Job AI after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using Road2Job AI and request account deletion at any time - see our Privacy Policy for how to do that.
